Saybr is committed to providing a safe, injury-free and healthy work environment for our employees and our worksites. Our goal is to achieve and maintain a health and safety program that establishes a foundation from which to build an accident-free establishment.

Each of our employees is trained annually in a host of safety issues pertinent to the construction industry, such as Lockout/Tagout, Excavation and Trenching, Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry, and Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response.

Starting with an extensive Accident Prevention Plan that is based on current federal OSHA and state DOSH regulations, every employee begins his or her career with an extensive safety orientation and will continue his/her safety commitment with ongoing seminars, workshops, and training programs. Some of the certifications and licenses our employees maintain include:

  • OSHA 30-Hour Supervisory Training and 10-Hour Construction Worker Training
  • 40-Hour HAZWOPER with annual 8-Hour Refresher Training
  • S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management Certification
  • WSDOT Traffic Control Supervisor and Flagger Certification
