Scope of Work: Perform interior tenant improvements to over 43,450 square feet of existing, occupied office space. Overall, this included 21,200 square feet of new carpet, 24 new doors, 11,000 square feet of new paint, and 1,300 square feet of wall demolition and construction. Contract included extensive sustainability goals and the use of environmentally-friendly materials.
