Scope of Work: Construction of a new-to-market 3,180 SF convenience store with a 1,041 SF detached car wash, an 8-dispenser fuel system, and 4,176 SF canopy. The contract included all infrastructure development for the 1.4 acre site along with public right-of-way improvements.
