Client: 7-Eleven, Inc.
Scope of Work: Ground-up development project of a corner parcel, including construction of a convenience store and gas station for a new 7-Eleven and construciton of a shell building for a future coffee shop. In additon to building construction, Saybr's scope of work included site improvements, utilities, and installation of the fueling canopy and equipment.
