Scope of Work: Raze and rebuild project to replace existing gas station and construct a new 4,465 SF convenience store, site civil upgrades (asphalt and concrete paving, utilities and stormwater upgrades, landscaping), and a new fuel system (consisting of two underground storage tanks, piping, fuel islands, dispensers, and canopy).
