Scope of Work: This 10,400 SF two-story interior renovation project is located within the historic Ballou Wright Building. The goal of the project was to create workspaces for a female-focused co-working space called The Riveter. The completed space offers nine offices, 120 collaborative desks, a fitness studio, a meditation room, retail space, and event space.
