The Riveter Ballou Wright Building Interior Office Renovation

This 10,400 SF two-story interior renovation project was located within the Ballou Wright Building, which was originally built in 1917 as a part of Seattle's historic Auto Row neighborhood.  The goal of the project was to create workspaces for a female-focused co-working space called The Riveter.

The completed space offers nine offices, 120 collaborative desks, a fitness studio, a meditation room, retail space, event space, and other amenities for rent. The improvements to this space included plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, flooring, rough and finished carpentry, cabinetry, new doors and bathroom upgrades.
